Akamas Lodge is located in the hills behind the small fishing port of Laatchi (Lakki) and has magnificent panoramic views down to Chrysolous Bay and the Eastern Mediterranean beyond. The Lodge is just one kilometre from the small church of St Minas in the traditional stone village of Neo Chorio. Set in an elevated position approximately 1,000 metres above the five star Anassa Hotel, the property borders on the Akamas Nature Reserve. The Akamas is a wilderness area of outstanding beauty and benefits from cooling mountain breezes for much of the year.
The house, recently completed, is a luxurious custom-designed, single level villa with three double en suite bedrooms. It has a large open plan kitchen and living room with floor to ceiling glass panel doors, oak flooring and wooden ceilings. Outside there is a spacious paved veranda to the front of the house and shaded dining area to the west leading down to a large infinity pool (14m x 7m). There is a long narrow garden area on the level below the house with a fountain and over 25 olive and carob trees.
