High - Application (unable to work on application)
Medium - System up but not fully functional
Low - Minor problem not affecting work that needs attention
Problem:
Hardware: A pysical device is broken or not functioning
Software: System is up but applications are nor functioning
Communications: Systems and applications are working but there is no link to internet or host computers.
